A welcomed addition.
Irish actress Denise McCormack joined EastEnders last night, much to everyone’s delight.
Denise is best known for her roles in Love/Hate and RedRock. She also took part in the first series of Dancing with the Stars last year on RTÉ. Now, she’s just landed herself a role on one of the biggest shows in the UK.
She has been introduced to Albert Square as Aidan’s ex-wife Ciara Maguire and made her debut on last night’s show.
It looks like Mrs Maguire is known to the police already?!? pic.twitter.com/P7Y6VAuhye

Back home, people were over the moon to see her in her new role. They took to Twitter to congratulate her.
