Paris Jackson hits back at criticism of her unshaven armpits at VMAs

Paris Jackson was the latest celebrity to face criticism for not shaving her armpits after she showed up at the VMAs this weekend with her bodily hair on show. Yes, the 19-year-old was flooded with comments from trolls after Sunday night’s awards show after she refused to hide her hair. The criticism started this weekend when Paris shared a picture on Instagram showing off her unshaven legs, saying:

“If you’re not competing with your brother over who can grow longer leg hair wyed.”

Then came her red carpet appearance which left the young star having to deal with insulting comments on Twitter. Paris, who is Michael Jackson's daughter, didn’t take it lying down, however. She began by retweeting some of the nasty comments and then responded with this hilarious meme.

This isn’t the first time Paris has been called “disgusting” for her grooming choices. Back in March she shared another image that got social media talking and responded simply, saying:

“I didn’t realise that people were going to get so upset over my armpit hair.”
