Friends fans will want to clear their September diaries pronto as a trip to London is now a must.
The hit Comedy Central show which wrapped in 2004 is still very much alive in our hearts and will mark its 21st birthday next month.
To celebrate, Comedy Central will host ‘FriendsFest’ – a week-long festival honouring everything Friends related running from the 16th – 20th September in London.
As part of the festival, a full scale set of Monica’s apartment will be installed in Brick Lane’s The Boiler House for your rambling pleasure.
There will also be a Central Perk inspired coffee shop and an exhibition of original props and memorabilia all the way from Los Angeles.
Speaking about the event, MD of Comedy Central, Jill Offman said: “Friends is hugely popular, with almost 5.9 million people tuning in to watch it on Comedy Central each month.
“As we celebrate news that Comedy Central will remain the exclusive TV home of Friends, it’s great to give something special to fans and what better way than with FriendsFest.”
Festival-goers will be able to roam around the set.
See you at the airport in September.
