Netflix’s Pulse is a must-watch for Grey’s Anatomy fans
If you’ve been aimlessly scrolling through Netflix for something to watch, then we’ve got a suggestion for you.
Fans of Grey’s Anatomy are bound to love the new medical drama with many viewers watching it in one sitting.
Pulse follows a team of doctors at a trauma one medical centre in Miami. It has a strong cast, gripping storylines and plenty of drama that Grey’s Anatomy fans will be familiar with.
I binge-watched all ten episodes and completely understand why Pulse is the third most-watched show on Netflix in Ireland.
Fans of the show couldn’t help but praise it on social media following its release.
Many people have been comparing it to Grey’s Anatomy with fans saying the show is an addictive watch.
Pulse on Netflix has that early Grey’s Anatomy vibe—emotional, sharp, and super watchable. Justina Machado in a serious role again? Love to see it. Unlucky timing dropping right after The Pitt, but Pulse deserves some love.@Netflix_CA @GreysABC pic.twitter.com/mU87JpsSVF

Just finished watching Pulse on Netflix and omg what a great show! Definitely early Grey’s Anatomy good, I highly recommend for fellow Grey’s fans. The cast is great and so are the character arcs. 10/10 television. #PulseNetflix pic.twitter.com/dTlbqpGHAH

The synopsis for Pulse reads:
‘As a hurricane barrels towards Miami’s busiest Level 1 Trauma Center, third-year resident Dr. Danny Simms (Willa Fitzgerald) is unexpectedly thrust into a promotion when beloved Chief Resident Dr. Xander Phillips (Colin Woodell) is suspended.
‘Amid the worsening storm and an onslaught of trauma cases, the hospital goes into lockdown, and Danny and Phillips must find a way to work together – even as the bombshell details of a complicated and illicit romance between them begin to spill out.
‘The rest of the ER is left to process the fallout of their relationship while balancing their own challenges, both personal and professional, as they work under the pressure of life-or-death stakes. Because for this tight-knit group of doctors, saving their patients’ lives is often less complicated than living their own.’
Pulse is available to watch on Netfix now.
