If you like the cult classic movies such as The Lost Boys, The Goonies or Stand By Me then Netflix’s latest show, Stranger Things, is definitely for you.
It’s also been likened to TV shows such as The X-Files and Eerie Indiana.
Stranger Things is the story of a young boy who vanishes one night. As friends, family and local police search for him, they are drawn into an extraordinary mystery involving top-secret government experiments, terrifying supernatural forces and one very strange little girl.
Along with a great story line, it has some brilliant moments of suspense and an impressive cast to boot, including Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Natalia Dyer, Cara Buono, Charlie Heaton and Matthew Modine.
People are going mad for it on Twitter:
STRANGER THINGS is pure fun. A+. Don’t miss it. Winona Ryder shines.
