You Have To See This Letter Dave Grohl Of The Foo Fighters Wrote When He Was 14

Once a legend, always a legend.  He absolutely rocked the stage at Slane Castle on Saturday evening with the Foo Fighters and this latest picture shows that Dave Grohl was born for stardom. Indeed, if this snap of a letter he wrote when he was just 14 years of age is anything to go by, he shows that he was always quite an ambitious chap! He wrote the letter aged 14 (Pic via Foo Fighters/Twitter) The former Nirvana drummer shared a picture on Twitter recently of a letter he sent to to Ian MacKaye of Fugazi/Minor Threat. In the note, he asks MacKaye if he could give Grohl some numbers of people who could help his career. Fast forward over 30 years later, and it looks like he's the one who will be helping up-and-coming stars of the future.
