Lottie Tomlinson has created this fab festival-look using Penneys makeup

Lottie Tomlinson is certainly making waves - as a kick-ass MUA who boasts 3.3m followers on Insta.

She's still just 18, but her vibe is completely fab. So we were seriously delighted to learn that she's now synced up with Penneys to create an affordable look for the summer festival season.

Announcing the collaboration, the little sister of One Directioner Louis said: "Loads of you always ask for a festival make up vid so here it is." She added that she only used Primark products to create the look - "so affordable and perfect for festival makeup," she explained. Lottie tries out the likes of Rainbow Tears Face Gems, €2.50; Prism Eyeshadow Palette, €6; Light Bronze Cream Eyeshadow, €2, and PS Lash Out Mascara, €2.50, to achieve her look. The result is definitely stand-out - and not something you'd probably go for for a casual cinema date or laid-back brunch.
