It's a Beautiful Day!
Following hints earlier this week, U2 have confirmed that they will play six Irish shows this November.
The Dublin rockers will headline two concerts in Belfast and four in Dublin, with the shows forming part of their Innocence and Experience tour.
Bono and co will play Belfast's SSE Arena November 18th and 19th, before heading on to Dublin’s 3Arena for gigs on November 23rd, 24th, 27th and 28th.
Tickets for all six shows will go on sale this coming Monday, September 14th. Prices start from £30 to £165 for the Belfast shows and will range from €30 to €185 for the Dublin dates.
Tickets will be limited to two per purchaser.
It is the first time the band will perform songs from their recent album Songs of Innocence to a home crowd.
The album released last year, charts the group’s earliest experiences of growing up in Dublin influenced by 70s rock, punk and early 80s electronica and gives insight into how and why U2 came together.
