Aiken Promotions Release Statement Following Garth Brooks Speculation

Aiken Promotions has denied that Garth Brooks is planning to return to Ireland next year.

Speculation had grown earlier today that the country star was set to announce a number of Irish dates for next summer, following the controversy surrounding his cancelled five night run at Croke Park this year.

However, the promoter was quick to put the brakes on the rumours, releasing a one line statement this afternoon.

"There are no plans for Garth Brooks to perform in Ireland next year."
