Molly-Mae and Tommy respond to split rumours following Love Island

Jade Hayden

It ain’t over til it’s over.

And according to some spokespeople, it’s not over at all.

Earlier this week, Tommy and Molly-Mae became the runners up of Love Island 2019.

Since then, all of the contestants have landed back in the UK, had a bit of a homecoming, and enjoyed spending some quality time alone together.

This has been documented on each of their Instagram Stories over the past few days – each of them, that is, except for Tommy and Molly-Mae.

The pair have made the odd appearance on the other islanders’ Grams, but not on their own, which had led people to assume that there must be a reason behind their silence.

Essentially, that they’ve split up and that’s the rational behind their decision not to post anything, allegedly.

Apparently, the above is not actually the case though. That’s according to a spokesperson for the couple anyway, who told Mail Online that the pair are still together.

“Tommy and Molly are very much together and so excited for what’s to come,” they said.

“They absolutely have not split. They currently have a very hectic schedule and are just adjusting to a routine.”

We’d believe it, yeah.

After all, it must be tough spending eight weeks away from reality, only to be thrust back into it with a couple extra million followers.

Despite this, fans are still concerned that the pair have ended things and are eagerly awaiting a first post from either of them to confirm or deny the rumours.

Either way, g’luck to them both.

Can’t wait for Aftersun this weekend.
