Michael Buerk could become the third celebrity to leave this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
According to the Daily Star, the veteran journalist and newsreader is on the verge of walking out of the jungle and “deeply regrets” his decision to partake in the show.
Michael is said to be on the verge of leaving the show.
A source told the publication: “Just as things were settling down, now Michael wants to go. Frantic efforts are being made to persuade him to stay.”
The insider added: “He adds a certain gravitas to the camp atmosphere. He would be a huge loss.”
Kendra was the first celebrity to lose her cool with another camp mate in the jungle.
If Michael (68) does go, he will be the third person to have left prematurely. Reality star Gemma Collins walked out after failing to adjust to her new surroundings while actor Craig Charles left following a family bereavement.
On last night’s episode, tensions were running high in camp. This led to a rather heated exchange between Kendra Wilkinson and Edwina Currie.
