Matilda’s Bruce Bogtrotter is a doctor now – and he doesn’t even like chocolate

The chocolate cake kid is all gown up and he's now a doctor!

It was one of the most memorable movies as a kid , that's if you were a 90s (or earlier baby), Matilda. The story was a lovely touch of magic from our childhood, everyone I knew wanted to be Matilda. I still do! If you haven't seen the movie then go watch it, I've got some spoilers ahead! We all remember the horrible teacher Ms Trunchbull from the 1996 film. And the one scene that stands out is the infamous cake eating scene. When the miserable teacher forced Bruce Bogtrotter to eat a whole chocolate cake. It was hard to watch although I could probably eat that whole cake now! Well, Bruce like everyone else who was in the film, Bruce is all grown up and he's now a doctor and looks completely different to his Matilda days. Jimmy Karz is the man behind the cake scene and he's now 36 years old and works as a doctor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Jimmy recently spork with The Do, about the infamous scene, telling them: "That scene took about three weeks to film, from what I recall. I had to be on set all day, and I had to wear the same outfit every day." "The chocolate was already encrusted on this shirt I was wearing. For continuity's sake, every day I had to have the chocolate painted on my face the way it was painted on the day before. I despised the smell of chocolate for a few weeks after that." People couldn't believe Jimmy's glow up on TikTok, with one user commenting: "I just saw a vid on TikTok of Bruce Bogtrotter now and I'm shook, he looks so different." Another said: "The actor who played Bruce Bogtrotter is now slim and very handsome."
