Tonight in the I'm A Celeb jungle was interesting.
The first of the Bushtucker Trials took place, which saw Kate and Caitlyn come very close to loads of insects.
There were worms, cockroaches and even rats - all very hideous.
Their completion of the trial bagged them four meals for their camp.
However, in a twist, Ant and Dec phoned the Main Camp and told them that they could rescue one of either Kate or Caitlyn and that celebrity would then move to Main Camp. They chose Kate to join them.
Caitlyn commented that "that was a very hard challenge. A lot to do with luck and a little bit of skill. I was hoping obviously for five stars but two means, we're doing better than we were doing before."
Kate said that she thought "It was a lot worse than I thought it was going to be. When I saw it I thought this is going to be hard. It was really hard."
"I'd like to have got more stars if I'm honest but I feel very proud and delighted to be going to see the other gang now."
Kate made her way to the main camp where she was warmly welcomed.
Nadine said "Kate has really had a tough time so it only felt right to bring her back here, feed her up, give her as much as we can and make her comfortable as we can because she deserves it."
"I do feel like I've got survivors guilt though" confessed Kate, as the others agreed with her, explaining that they felt guilty when they ate knowing that the campers at Snake Rock would be struggling.
Meanwhile, Caitlyn returned alone to Snake Rock where her fellow campmates put a brave face on the fact there were only two meals between the five of them.
