With the couples having got married and been on their honeymoons, now the real work begins as they have to look to create strong foundations for their marriages.

One of the series' strongest looking couples so far is Kieran and Kristina.

However, in a recent episode, 30-year-old Kristina shared concerns that she might be too much for the 29-year-old mechanic she had been paired with.

She urged him not to 'forget' who he was against her strong personality.

Kieran agreed, thanking his wife for her comments.

"I need to remember not to forget who I am," he said. "Cause it's took us a long time to get where I am."

He then went on to explain how his last relationship had impacted him.

"I used to live with my ex, and if I was home earlier from work than her she used to make us wait outside in the van so she could get a few hours peace before I got in," he shared.

"To hear someone who you love say that, that they want to be in the house on their own because you're too much, I don't ever want to feel like that again ever.

"It's not a nice feeling," he added.

Kristina thanked her husband for his honesty.

"I care for you a lot and you're not too much," he responded.

Speaking directly to the camera following this interaction, Kristina shared how she appreciated Kieran's vulnerability.

"I feel like this is the first time I have actually seen that side to him," she said.

Before the episode aired, Kieran shared an update to his Instagram.

"Watch me and Kristina get emosh tonight on e4 @ 9pm," he wrote.

"Not only do we open up to each other, but we sit and pour our hearts out so that @kristinagoodsell and I can gain a deeper understanding of each other.

"Hankies at the ready, this one was hard."
