Ouch.

Love Island’s Anton Danyluk has revealed the real reason he unfollowed Molly-Mae Hague on Instagram.

It’s barely been a week since Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea were crowned the Love Island 2019 champions.

And in the days since the Islanders returned from the villa, there’s already been rumours of a feud between two of the Love Island contestants.- Anton Danyluk and Molly-Mae Hague.

It didn’t help the rumours when Anton unfollowed Molly-Mae on Instagram earlier this week.

However, he has now clarified that there’s no feud between them – they “just never got on”.

He told The Scottish Sun:

“When I was in the villa, I didn’t follow anyone, my management followed every islander. “But on the outside, when I noticed Molly-Mae on my newsfeed, I unfollowed her.

“I have nothing against her, we just didn’t speak in the villa. We would be in the same room and wouldn’t say a word to each other.

“A lot of people think it’s because they voted us out but that’s nothing to do with it, we just never got on.

“She’s a lovely girl but just not my type of person.

“We just never clicked and she didn’t like it after I put her in her place earlier in the show. But I got on with everyone else really well.”

A few days before the Love Island final, fans accused Molly-Mae of trying to “sabotage” Belle and Anton’s chances of winning the £50,000 prize.

As she sat around the pool with Tommy Fury, Amber Gill, and Greg O’Shea while Anton and Belle were on their final date, Molly-Mae said:

“The only thing I was thinking recently, their personalities do seem to clash a little bit.

“Like at the Island Club, to have an argument like that so early on.”

And when Amber said she thought the pair would work on the outside, Molly-Mae was quick to quip:

“She’s in Essex, he’s in Scotland. That’s like five hours on the train.”

She was quick to voice her concerns again when she and Tommy had to vote for the least compatible couples.
