Love Island’s Adam Collard has taken a dig at Darylle’s new romance

Love Island's Adam Collard was one of the more divisive contestants on this year's series.

He didn't exactly enamour himself to the public during his time in the villa, moving from girl to girl with little regard for who got hurt along the way. He appeared to be fairly happy with Zara, declaring that he wouldn't find another girl like her "in a million years" - before coupling up with Darylle Sargeant in Casa Amor. Just days later he changed his mind again, saying he found Darylle hot but that he still liked Zara. The 22-year-old and Darylle were then dumped in an eviction that also saw new Alex and new Ellie start packing. We know, that feels like ages ago. In reality, it has been around three weeks. Since then, Adam has reconciled with Zara - and things seem to be going quickly-but-great for them. He's moved in to her family home in Essex, and even gotten a 'Z' tattooed on his hand (Zara has AC, meanwhile, on one of her fingers). As for Darylle? She's struck up a relationship with Jake Quickenden, with recent reports suggesting things are going from strength to strength. But Adam appeared to take a swipe at his former partner's new flame, claiming he had never heard of the 29-year-old X Factor and I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! runner up and recent Dancing on Ice winner. He told The Sun:

“I don't actually know who Jake Quick? Quickenden? I don't actually know who he is.

“But I'm happy for Darylle. She's been very supportive of me and Zara.”
