Love Island villa thrown into chaos following Ella and Whitney’s heated row

Ellen Fitzpatrick

The Love Island villa has been thrown into complete chaos following major drama on last night’s episode.

Following Ella and Whitney’s confrontation, the villa could be torn apart in the upcoming episodes are islanders are in for a lot of antics.

Last night, viewers saw tensions come to an ultimate high when Whitney called Ella “selfish” after Ella named Whitney and Lochan the smuggest couple during the challenge earlier in the day.

Ella then said it was “an attack on her character” as Whitney explained how the “smug” comment came across as being labelled “unhumble”.

The fight only got worse from there as Ella ended up crying to the other girls, questioning if Whitney was ever her friend.

Ella tearfully tells Molly and Jess: “That conversation really showed me that I feel like you don’t actually like me, do you know what I mean?”

This comes after it was revealed on Tuesday night that Whitney and Lochan were voted to be the favourite couple in the villa, with Maya Jama saying: “Well Islanders, the public have been voting for their favourite couple. We’re going to do things a little bit differently this time – you know we love a plot twist.

“I have some more news that might not be that great. The three couples with the least amount of votes will be vulnerable and at risk of being dumped from the island tonight.”

The result of this saw the two send home Kady and Ouzy.

In the meantime, Tyrique confronted Scott about a completely separate issue, stirring some more drama.

Scott was accused of playing up his feelings for Abi after other islanders revealed they didn’t believe he actually liked her.

Tyrique confronts Scott about his relationship with Abi and despite Scott defending himself, the row could spark even more tension and pull more friendships apart.
