Ooooh! Love Island’s Curtis is officially in Ireland to meet Maura’s family

Rebecca O'Keeffe

This will be good.

So, on Monday, Love Island 2019 came to an end.

Greg O’Shea and Amber Gill were crowned the winners of the show, and we were all delighted.

And now, the couples are all out of the villa, and are returning to their lives.

That means that Longford native, Maura Higgins, has flown home – but she’s not alone lads.

Yep, her villa boyfriend, Curtis Pritchard, has flown to Ireland with her, to meet the family.

Curtis posted a snap on instagram of himself and Maura, on a plane, and captioned it:

“Still can’t believe we are out of the villa! Loving this journey with @maurahiggins and being in Ireland to meet her family and friends! Who’s excited for aftersun this Sunday? #loveisland”

CUTE!

Even cuter? King of Ireland, Greg O’Shea, commented on the snap: “Tell all the Irish I was asking for them!”

We can’t deal with him.

Maura also took to Instagram stories, writing: “Good to be home!” along with a shamrock emoji.

In a few other stories, Maura showed off her homecoming, which included a good sing song, and a trip to the pub.

Of course, Curtis was by her side the whole time. Loyal.

After a speedy visit to Ireland, Curtis then flew out to see his brother for the first time since in two months.

Cute family reunions all round.
