After bringing in a whopping $10 million last year, Kendall Jenner is ready for a home upgrade. The model has put her LA high-rise unit on the market for a whopping $1.6 million. Kendall bought the property back in May 2014 for $1.3 million, so she’s set to make a serious profit on the pad too. The gorgeous corner unit covers 2,068 square-feet, has it’s own sculpture garden and city skyline. Which is a necessity - obvs! With two bedrooms and three bathrooms, the spacious home is very different to those belonging to her younger sister, Kylie - with neutral tones and natural textures throughout, it is a very homely space.
