Lindsay Lohan has adopted a VERY strange new accent

What is going on?

We know that Lindsay Lohan can do a very convincing English accent, we learnt that from Parent Trap. But while we can accept that she might on occasion slip into a different accent depending on where she is living her latest accent is just weird. She's speaking like English isn't her first language. Perez Hilton shared a video last night of the actress being interviewed on the red carpet of the event and it's left a lot of people scratching their heads.
