“She is is a proper badass”.
Justin Theroux is currently promoting his new movie, Girl On A Train, where he stars alongside Emily Blunt.
During interviews the media would normally focus on the movie content when interviewing stars but following the recent Brangelina split Justin has been forced to answer questions about his personal life during his promotion for the movie.
Justin’s connection is through his marriage to Jennifer Aniston. She was dragged into the media frenzy about the split because she used to be married to Brad but when she wasn’t available for interviews journalists have been trying their luck with the people closest to her.
Justin has previously commented on the divorce saying, “as a child of divorce, all I can say is that’s terrible news for those children, and that’s all I can really say. It’s boring to sort of comment on anything else. People are having a bad time – that’s horrible.”
But now he’s spoken about the strength of his wife. Speaking to Contact Music about his Jen, he said:
“[Jennifer] is a proper badass. She has lived through a lot of bulls***.
“Many people would have crumbled under some of the stresses that have been put on her. I’m very proud of her for that, for the way she handles herself.”
“In a weird way, it’s an honour to stand behind her. Truly, in that sense, she’s amazing.”
