Jessica Simpson’s girl is all grown up at her mermaid-themed birthday bash

Proud mum Jessica Simpson was celebrating her daughter Maxwell’s 5^th birthday over the weekend and took to social media to share some of the glorious images from the big event. The mermaid-themed party is exactly what we all wished for when we were kids, and Jessica delivered with the under-the-sea decorations and Maxwell’s amazing mermaid costume.

The birthday girl looked to be having a great time as she donned her sequin mermaid tale and matching seashell top. But we can’t help but notice Maxwell and Jessica's twin pose - hand-on-hip, it's a classic! With their best side on show, Maxwell and Jessica, alongside dad and brother, three-year-old Ace, posed for a family portrait that definitely deserves a place on the mantelpiece.
