Jennifer narrowly missed out on the role.
Speaking about the audition at the time, Jennifer admitted: "I remember when the first movie came out, seeing Kristen Stewart on the red carpet and getting papped wherever she went.
"I’d had no idea Twilight would be such a big deal. For me, and assuming for her, it was just another audition. Then it turned into this whole other thing."
Kristen went on to date her co-star Robert Pattinson.
However, the 22-year-old went on to audition for and land the role of Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games - which, you know, kind of turned out to be a "thing" as well.Explore more on these topics:
