A great day for the parish.
You’ll soon be seeing plenty more of James Kavanagh.
The Snapchat personality is coming to a bigger screen in the new year – he’ll be presenting Ireland’s Got Mór Talent alongside Xposé‘s Glenda Gilson.
James revealed that he’d landed the gig on his Instagram page last night.
Needless to say, everyone is buzzing.

The Got Talent format, created by Simon Cowell, has been popular with audiences in the UK and the US for over a decade but this is the first time it’s come to Irish soil.
The main show will be presented by Lucy Kennedy while Louis Walsh, Denise Van Outen, Michelle Visage and Jason Byrne will all appear as judges.
The series is set to run from January on TV3.
This won’t be the first time James has appeared on telly.
He and his partner William came runners-up in RTÉ’s The Taste Of Success with their food business Currabinny in 2016 and he took The Late Late Show by storm earlier this autumn with his brother John, who’s a coach to Conor McGregor.
