Graham Norton has admitted that he is thinking about ending his chat show.
The host always has a star-studded line-up, with guests including Tom Cruise and Robert De Niro, but he says he wants to keep it that way which is why he is planning to hang up his hat sooner rather than later.
Speaking to his Radio 2 co-presenter Maria McErlane at an event in London, the 52-year-old admitted that he wants to finish up well before he turns 60.
This was last week’s line-up for the show.
“You want to get out when people are still watching your show…The thing nobody wants to do is the inching backwards, where you are going, ‘Yes the cast of TOWIE can come on.’ I’m not jumping tomorrow but it is in my head,” he explained.
“When it comes to chat show wars, yes you always try and bag the biggest guests and at the moment we do seem to be having a good run of it. But these things go in cycles. That will turn and change.”

Graham has been presenting his own chat show for 18 years although he has only been with BBC One since 2007.
If he does go, he says there will be no coming back: “You want to get out of work when you have still got time to enjoy your life.
“I do love my job. I might really miss it and then I will feel like an absolute fool. You can’t come back. You could only come back to do I’m a Celebrity or Celebrity Big Brother or really awful things.”
