After that, GAA player Michael Darragh MacAuley will show up to chat all about Jim Gavin's recent shock exit as Dublin manager.
He'll also be filling Ryan in on his recent experience in a Syrian refugee camp, and how it changed his own perspective on life.
Impersonator Oliver Callan will also be in the studio to slag off some people, while comedian Des Bishop discusses his new show Mia Mamma, where he explores grief, loss, and learning to cope with death.
As well as this, the family of 16-year-old Mia O'Neill will be joining Ryan to discuss the teenager's life, and why her untimely death by suicide shouldn't be forgotten.
