Geordie Shore’s Marnie takes aim at the show in now-deleted tweet

The reality star seemed to confirm a lot of viewers suspicions.

Marnie Simpson appeared to hit-out at the MTV reality show in one of her most recent tweets this week. The reality star celebrated her 26^th birthday on Tuesday, however, scenes from her birthday party set to air this week despite the show being filmed months ago. When fans asked her about the bizarre timeline, Marnie didn’t hold back.

“I don’t understand how it was Marnie’s birthday in the house a couple of months ago and it’s also Marnie’s birthday today?” wrote one fan on Twitter.

Spotting the confusion, Marnie responded with:

“It’s because it’s fake and scripted.”

The tweet was quickly deleted, however, this is the internet after all so eagle-eyed followers made sure to take a screen grab for evidence. Since then, Marnie has retweeted some birthday messages and responded to fans well-wishes but has not responded to any questions about her comments on the show.
