Fox has cancelled The Mindy Project after three seasons.
Entertainment Weekly broke the news that the network will not be bringing back the sitcom for a fourth series.
The show, starring the oh-so-hilarious Mindy Kaling, has built up a cult following during its short run which is why it might not be the end of the road just yet.
Apparently streaming service Hulu is in talks with Universal Television for multiple additional seasons of the comedy.
