Remember Kingsland Road?

We can only imagine how much of an emotional rollercoaster starring on the X Factor must be. But one boyband member has reveal the toll it took on him.

Kingsland Road starred on the 10th season on the X Factor in 2013. They left the show early in week four after going up against Tamera Foster.

The band continued to make music after the show but split up in 2015.

Now, band member Joe Conaboy has spoken out claiming his time on the X Factor had a detrimental effect on his mental health.
