The first guests for X Factor’s live performances have been confirmed

No surprise here.

The first X Factor live performances have been confirmed with Stormzy and Liam Payne line-up for the live shows. There's no real shock considering Stormzy just helped Nicole Scherzinger in the judge's houses rounds, and also because Liam has his connections with the show. The show confirmed the news on Twitter earlier today.

In a statement on ITV's website they said:

"We're excited to announce that Liam Payne and Stormzy are set to perform at the first X Factor Live Shows next weekend! Liam, who shot to fame on our very stage as part of One Direction, will go it alone on Saturday (28th October) - performing new single Bedroom Floor for the first time LIVE on TV. And, fresh from his stint with Nicole at Judges' Houses, Stormzy will perform on the Sunday (29th October)."

Liam also took to Twitter ahead of the performance.
