Too cute!
Last night’s episode of First Dates Ireland was interesting, to say the least. On the one hand, you had Phil from Talafornia dropping all sorts of awkward and inappropriate comments and then on the other, you had two couples who ended up finding love.
It was a mix of emotions and one of the best episodes yet. Two couples who particularly had viewers swooning were Ciara and Shannon, and Paula and Gary.
Ciara and Shannon bonded over their love of Maniac 2000, while Paula and Gary realised that they had met briefly 33 years earlier in a nightclub in Dublin, a night that Gary said he never forgot. At the end of the show, we were told that both couples enjoyed second and third dates and that they were, ‘still going strong’.
Viewers will be happy to know an additional update has been given and both couples are still together. RTÉ shared a video last night of each of the daters.
Phil is also in there and has apologised for his behaviour.
