This week, Eva returns pretty much just after she left to attend the inquest into Aidan's death.
Johnny is absolutely delighted that she's there due to the fact that he's mad to see baby Susie again, but Eva just wants to give her evidence and say an emotional goodbye to Kate.
The intense emotion doesn't stop there though because Johnny even takes it upon himself to apologise to Eva for taking her baby which, yeah, in fairness he absolutely should do.
After this, Toyah then tries to convince Eva to stay but she's having none of it saying that her leaving would be best for anybody.
And it probably would too... but if Johnny can steal baby Susie because he doesn't want to lose her, how's he going to cope when she's actually gone?
Grim enough scenario, to be honest.
Coronation Street continues tonight at 7.30pm and 8.30pm. Entertainment
