Emmerdale fans notice MASSIVE mistake in last night’s episode

Emmerdale viewers all copped on to one major plot hole during last night’s show. Yes, it’s not uncommon to spot mistakes in soapland but this one has a lot of viewers frustrated. Rebecca White has spent the last few weeks in captivity after discovering her nephew Lachlan’s deadly secret but viewers are curious as to how she hasn’t escaped after noticing this. After weeks of hardly eating, the audience is now asking how Rebecca hasn’t managed to slip out of the chains she’s been bound by for the last few weeks.

“If Becks hasn’t eaten for a while, surely if she took her jeans off she could slip out of the waist chain from weight loss?” asked one fan.

This all comes after it was finally revealed that Rebecca was, in fact, alive and being held captive last week. Many were convinced that Lachlan had killed his aunt after he was seen with a bloody spanner in his hands. Others grew concerned about Rebecca’s whereabouts before Lachlan sent a recorded message of Rebecca saying she’d be away for a while to Robert Sugden.
