Justice for Paul.
Eastenders viewers are rejoicing this evening after Paul Coker’s killers admitted that they attacked and murdered him.
It was quite the tense episode with viewers on tenterhooks, waiting to see what would happen in the courtroom.
However, when ringleader Simon uttered the word “guilty”, there was much jubilation with people taking to Twitter to express their happiness at the outcome of the long-running storyline.
Not only did the gang confess to Paul’s murder, they also owned up to kidnapping Ben and again, this was cause for celebration.
Although fans are sad to see Paul’s grandparents, Pam and Les, leave the show, they’re glad that they’ve seen justice for their beloved grandson first.
Ben also paid an emotional tribute to Paul and of course, that had everyone in bits too.
Lovely speech Ben. To Paul! #EastEnders pic.twitter.com/v2M8UGjHzp

Here’s what fans had to say:
I’m so glad there’s gonna be justice for Paul. Just wish we’d heard how long they got.

However, there was one thing which proved a little confusing.
The show closed with the slow dramatic music usually reserved for characters leaving the show which people found strange as Pam and Les weren’t meant to exit just yet.
It might have been meant as a tribute to Paul and if that’s the case, it was a lovely thought.
They played the special music!! Gets me every time. ??? bye bye #lesandpam #EastEnders #EndHateCrime
