According to Dublin Live, it is believed that the building where the club takes place has been sold and therefore as a result, the club will close.
Tonight, the Odessa will host Sunday Social as usual however, it is reported to be the final gathering.
This news comes after the closure of crowd favourite SIN Nightclub in Temple Bar, Dublin which closed its doors in early October.
Many other clubs in Dublin face the threat of closure as they try to battle building, staff and entertainment costs. Two of these clubs include The Hangar and District 8 - who were both speculated to be closing earlier this year however have remained opened and are planning improvements.
The Odessa has still not released a final farewell online and our hopes are high for them to reopen sometime in the New Year.Entertainment
