If you spent your childhood waiting for a Hogwarts letter that never came, this job’s for you.
The British Library is looking for someone with a very particular set of knowledge.
It wants to hire a ‘Harry Potter Creative Producer’ to help out with its new exhibition based on the beloved series of books.
Best job title ever, in our opinion.
“The exhibition will open in London in October 2017 and is one of the most anticipated cultural events of 2017-18,” reads the job listing.
As for what they’re looking for?
Unfortunately the British Library missed a serious opportunity when putting together its call out for the job as it makes zero reference to spells, Quidditch or even Hogwarts.
Instead, the Library is seeking someone with “a passion for the cultural sector, and direct experience of exhibition project management” as well as the ability to build relationships and “an understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the public library network.” Yawn.
Still, being part of a major Harry Potter exhibition would be pretty cool – you can apply for the role here.
