It has begun. The Christmas advert mania.
Earlier we had John Lewis with the lovable character Moz and now we have Debenhams with their romantic, 21st century Cinderella story.
Their “You Shall” campaign features a woman and a man in the lead up to Christmas. The woman is clearly in a bustle doing her Christmas shopping and in a rush to hop off the train, she drops a high heel.
The story evolves from there, as the man goes on a social media search to find the woman and the woman, too, on a social media search to find her shoe, coincidentally causing the two to bump into each other, return the shoe and fall in love.
Ahhh fairytales eh?
This advert has most certainly got us feeling the warm and fuzzies. The simple things… and it looks like people are loving it too!
