Craig Revel Horwood ‘has off-camera rant’ as Seann and Katya survive elimination

Comedian Seann Walsh and his partner Katya Jones are through to next week's show after Sunday night's elimination - something that's reportedly caused upset among the cast of Strictly Come Dancing. Judge Craig Revel Horwood is reported to have said that it was unfair they got to stay on the show. Sean, who was in a long-term relationship, and professional dancer Katya, who is married, were photographed kissing in the street last week. They performed a Charleston routine together on Saturday night. Katie Piper and her partner Gorka Marquez left the competition after finding themselves in the bottom two and losing the dance-off with their jive. "There was a lot of anger backstage on Saturday. The feeling from the professionals and judges was that Seann and Katya deserved to go — but they weren’t even in the bottom two," a show source told The Sun. "It feels very unfair on Katie and her partner Gorka. “Craig was vocal in the last week about his thoughts on Katya and Seann and there was no change after the show. “He made it quite clear he felt they should have gone and that, if it hadn’t been for poorer performances, they would. “Craig told guests how dismayed he was that the ‘Terrible Two’, as he calls them, were gi­ven another chance.” Strictly Come Dancing continues on BBC1 on Saturday at 6.45pm.
