#Covid-19: The Script announce free Dublin concert for healthcare workers

Keeley Ryan

The Script have announced a free Dublin concert for healthcare workers.

People eligible for tickets include all frontline HSE and NHS workers and Primary Care workers across Ireland. The show will take place at Dublin’s 3Arena on February 9, 2021.

“We’ve always been huge supporters of those working on the frontline of our health care. They make sacrifices day in and day out, working harder than anyone. Not only to make sure we have access to resources in order for us to continue to live happy and healthy lives, but to also help us and our loved ones through some of the hardest points in our lives,” the band said in a statement.

“The very least for us to do in order to give back to their amazing sacrifices during this pandemic is getting to put on a free show for 13,000 HSE and NHS staff at the 3Arena in Dublin. We can’t thank them enough for their continued service to everyone, much more now than ever.”

Ticket applications must only be made by the eligible frontline staff (HSE/NHS staff, Primary Care staff) who must bring their valid staff I.D card (original format, no photocopies) to the show. Ticket checks will be in operation.

All tickets will carry the name of the person who made the booking, and this must match the name that is on the original I.D card or admission will be refused. The guest of the eligible staff member will need to present and enter the venue at the same time.

Tickets will be limited to 2 per person (eligible HSE/NHS, Primary Care and one guest) and will be available online only right here on Tuesday, April 7 at 7pm.
