If you've been keeping up with Coronation Street over the last few weeks, you might have spotted something that doesn't quite add up. Viewers have called the soap out on a plot hole that, rather than a ropey storyline, has to do with the appearance one of the characters. Robert Preston is just out of prison and is sporting a completely new look. Gone is his head of dark hair - he's now a silver fox with a glowing tan, despite supposedly being locked up. After he winds up in hospital when he's hit by a car in Weatherfield, doctors find that he has testicular cancer. The storyline will really test his relationship with Michelle, Tristan says. "She gets very frustrated," he told the Mirror. "More than once he says he's going to deal with it and she finds out that he's not been completely telling her the truth. "And being honest with each other is a huge thing with the two of them because of what happened with Steve for Michelle."
