Coronation Street viewers noticed an awkward continuity error in last night’s episode

Did you spot it?

I feel a bit sorry for all the cast and crew working on soaps as it seems viewers are relentlessly picky these days!

As we’ve seen in previous episodes, Eastenders and Coronation Street viewers are extremely eager to criticise little mistake they witness in their favourite soaps.

We saw this in the last few days, especially regarding the deaths of characters Ronnie and Roxy Mitchell in Eastenders.

Viewers were quick to point out flaws they found with the New Year’s Eve episode, which featured sisters Ronnie and Roxy dying by drowning in a pool.

Another TV show people were finding mistakes with was a recent episode of Coronation Street.

In last night’s episode, which aired on January 2nd, Jenny and Johnny were dining in Roy’s Rolls but the clock on the wall provided much entertainment for viewers.

Spotted on Digital Spywhen Jenny and Johnny first sat down, the clock read 9am…

But later, as the couple decided to leave, the clock on the wall read 12pm, making it look like the couple spent a whopping 3 hours eating breakfast.

You could be the slowest eater in the world, but even 3 hours seems excessive!

Did you spot the gaffe in last night’s episode?
