“Just call the police!”
Coronation Street fans were fuming with Gary Windass last night after he finally found Pat Phelan – and, for some reason, didn’t tell the police.
The first of the post-Britain’s Got Talent episodes (and, therefore, post-watershed ones) saw Gary and his pal Joe leave Weatherfield and travel to Phelan’s caravan.
After Gary let himself into the murderous builder’s new home, Phelan attacked and tried to strangle him.

Thankfully for Gary, Joe was able to knock out the serial killer just in time.
And with everything else going on on the cobbles, nobody really noticed Gary’s absence. Except for his girlfriend, Sarah Platt, that is.
Despite her beau’s warnings, Sarah opened the storeroom of the builder’s yard – where she found Phelan, motionless and tied to chair.
"Gary what have you done?" 😱

She turned to Gary, asking him:
“Gary, what have you done?”

But given that there’s already been some indications Phelan will once again be on the prowl in Weatherfield, we’re just wondering how he manages to escape.
