This could be the beginning of the end for Tracy Barlow on Corrie next week

Jade Hayden

Grim.

And very unlike her, in fairness.

Cast your mind back to a few weeks ago and you might be reminded of the debacle that was Michelle Connor’s car having no brakes, crashing, and nearly killing a load of people.

Thankfully, the only person who was actually killed was a bad guy so it was all grand in the end – but still.

Michelle’s car wouldn’t have acted in such a way if it wasn’t for Tracy Barlow.

When Tracy found out that Steve had cheated on her, she decided that she thought it was Abi who he had cheated with and tampered with Michelle’s car while it was in the garage so Abi would lose her job.

Total normal behaviour there, sure.

When Michelle and her whole family nearly died however, Tracy felt a bit guilty.

So guilty, in fact, that next week she’s going to go have a chat with the police and most likely turn herself in.

Now, in the real world, admitting to such a thing would absolutely mean a lengthy day or so in court and a bit of jail time, probably.

This is Coronation Street though, so we honestly wouldn’t even be surprised if Tracy admitted to killing the entire village and she only received a slap on the wrist.

Hopefully a mild sense of authenticity will be at play here though and next week will mean it’s all about to come crashing down for everyone’s favourite… whatever it is that Tracy does these days.

Could very much be the beginning of the end for her.

These scenes will air next Wednesday at 8.30pm.
