What a brilliant idea.

If you didn’t love Domino’s anymore than you do now, then listen up, because it has just announced a pretty cool awards ceremony.

The Domino’s All Stars Awards – a cheeky twist on the famed annual GAA ceremony – will see members of the public being rewarded alongside celebrities in recognition of their won-dough-ful (sorry) services to sport, entertainment and mankind.

The pizza giant has teamed up with the esteemed sculptor of both the GAA All Stars and IFTA Awards, Jarlath Daly to specially design an exclusive medal, which will only be awarded to a very limited number of people.

As well as the one-of-a-kind medal, the winner will also receive a year’s supply of Domino’s pizza (yaaaas!).

A number of high-profile candidates are up for gongs, however if there’s someone special in your life who you think deserves recognition for the work they do, then you can nominate them for an award by simply sharing their story to

Simon Wallis, Chief Operating Officer at Domino’s said: “We wanted to make Domino’s the Official Food of Everyday Heroes, by rewarding those who go ‘above and beyond’ – specifically within the fields of sport, entertainment and humankind as a whole.

“So what better way to do this than by launching the Domino’s All Stars Awards,” he explained.

“We are really excited about presenting the first medals later this year, both to faces we know, and to some lesser-known people who are equally deserving of being recognised.”

Also, we’re loving the Pepperoni Passion-inspired medal.

So, do you know someone who deserves applause? Has your BFF achieved great things? Then it’s time to nominate them… you never know, you could be knocking over to their house for free pizza every weekend now!
