Aston Merrygold just shared some very exciting news on Instagram

The JLS singer has taken to Instagram to share the exciting news that he and his girlfriend, Sarah Richards, are now engaged. Yes, Aston shared the wonderful news with fans on social media with a picture of the pair surrounded in rose petals, saying:

“Allow me to introduce you all to my fiancée.”

That is cute, to be fair. The dad-to-be also including the hashtags ‘The Merrygolds’, ‘She said yes’, ‘engaged’ and ‘Mummy, Daddy and Baby Merrygold’. The news comes three months after the pair announced they were expecting their first child together. Aston shared the news of their first child with fans just days before he began his stint on this year’s Strictly Come Dancing. Aston and Sarah first met back in 2012 when she toured with JLS as one of their backing dancers. The pair are expected the welcome their first child in the coming weeks.
