Angela Scanlon shuts down man who makes sexist comment about her clothing

Well said, Angela!

Women, and men, who present on TV are often at the receiving end of criticism for what they wear. Some people feel they have the right to voice their opinions about anyone who is in the public eye. Unfortunately, Irish presenter Angela Scanlon was at the receiving end of some of that criticism. But, instead of letting it get her down, she tackled it head on and called out the pest in question. Angela wore a gorgeous boiler suit for the new series of Robot Wars.

And let's be honest - she looks class. But, there's always one who thinks differently and that person got in touch with Angela saying:

"Why do you wear that blue boiler suit on Robot Wars? Not very good on the eye at all. Understand the surroundings, but surely there is a better alternative."
