AJ Pritchard hints at potential romance with Strictly partner Lauren Steadman

AJ Pritchard is no stranger to a Strictly Come Dancing romance rumour after the professional dancer was hounded by speculation that he and last year’s partner Mollie King were constantly being linked in the press. However, the dancer himself has said that he hasn’t ruled out a potential romance with his current dance partner, Lauren Steadman. Speaking of his relationship with the Paralympian, AJ told The Mirror of the close bond he shares with Lauren.

“I am very protective of her because we have worked so closely together. “There are different things that she will talk about in training that she would never talk about on camera. “It’s for that reason that we have grown so close together and we will be friends for life and who knows in the future. “You never know what is going to happen.”

Yes, this has most certainly fueled any romance rumours that were lingering throughout the season. AJ was a constant feature in the headlines during last year’s show after rumours began circulating that he and former Saturdays singer Mollie King were more than just dance partners.
