12 Ways ‘(500) Days Of Summer’ Would Be Different Had It Been Set in Ireland

Introducing '(500) Days Of Alright Weather and a New Fella'

Rebecca McKnight

Ever wondered what (500) Days Of Summer would be like had it been set in Ireland? We have and it’s now called (500) Days Of Alright Weather and a New Fella.

1. We would never voluntarily smell someone.

2. This isn’t exactly our idea of foreplay.

3. We’re not sure we’d be this gracious. Actually, we definitely wouldn’t be.

4. Interesting small talk.

5. We don’t talk about emotions.

6. C’mon Summer, there’s a thing called playing hard to get.

7. We’re hopeless romantics. Love is real.

8. We draw the line at walking to the shop in our pyjamas.

9. Never heard a Valentine’s Day poem like this one…

10. Don’t agree, we love having the bants with everyone.

11. Don’t play the Wii if you’re not going to give it your full attention.

12. Second chances? Never.

Honourable mention…

Think we’ve all screamed “Penis!” at the top of our lungs at some stage.
