Yvonne Connolly Has Revealed She “Lost Her Identity” While Married To Ronan Keating

Yvonne Connolly has spoken out this week about her marriage to Boyzone star Ronan Keating. Speaking out about their 14-year marriage, she revealed that she lost her identity during their marriage. “I made the decision not to work, to step away from the limelight when I had my first child. I turned down a lot of work during those years,” she told Image magazine. They were married for 14 years. “In hindsight, I feel I lost my identity as a woman, as an individual. “I was very happy to take my husband’s name. We all think when we marry that it will last forever,” she reflected. “I do wish that I’d kept working though, that I’d had more confidence in myself, as a mother and as a woman.” She has three children with former husband Ronan.  Yvonne is now in a relationship with John Conroy, while Ronan is due to marry Storm Uechritz this week. The couple have three children together and were married for 14 years.
