"Simmer down Younes, you post topless pictures all the time, don't be so insecure."According to a source close to the family who spoke to People, Kourtney is still incredibly happy in her relationship right now despite what people may think and admitted that she has spoken to Younes about their "future together". Sweet. No mention was made on the comment, why it was deleted or whether or not it was a joke but, we are going to speculate that it was just a funny remark which was best removed.
